The founder, Dana B. Cadena has a vision for over-worked people to gain leverage & exercise effectiveness in what they do daily to claim the life they always desired and deserved. 

The purpose of work is to fund a great life, however you define great. 

Dana's fulfillment vision is have an abundant multiple profit sources incoming every month so that I can lead wealth building classes for youth in under served areas.

 As a Real Estate Broker, Coach, Trainer and Public Speaker, I empower and equip entrepreneurs to outproduce their best results in business, funding incredible results for their families! Thriving in real estate and finance for over 24 years simply means I've weathered through many markets and solved many challenges. I am energized by the future of real estate and business moving forward, with prop-tech and AI impacting our daily lives. As the founder of my training and coaching platform: Overachiever Central, I proudly lead business workshops throughout the continental U.S. and beyond. In leadership, I serve as President of the Women's Council of Realtors in Middlesex County, N.J. I proudly participate in the national Black Realtor Network and NAHREP, which are meaningful roles to me. Certified to lead wealth building to youth, I host talks in underserved communities. My passion is to pour into young people on the topic of building wealth, while living fulfilling lives.
